  • I didn't tonight, but I finally tried making chicken wing dip.. VERY good :).

just go to franks red hot sauce's website and they have their recipe for it.. although I used baked diced chicken rather than the swansons canned chicken (LOT better that way).. and if you want to tone it down.. go for a 1/4 of a cup vs. 1/2 a cup of the hot sauce.

  • No. We are attending a business dinner tonight. It is holiday themed, at least that's what the dress code dictates.

  • I did yesterday, beef stew in the slow cooker. Didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped :(

  • Well, I don't know yet. I have chicken breasts defrosted, but I'm not sure what I'm doing with them yet. I guess I need to get something going.

  • Not quite. I tried a new mac and cheese recipe on Sunday and it was soo good and I've been craving it ever since, so I'm making it again! So it's almost new. I made pizza pinwheels for the first time yesterday and DD liked them a lot more than I did.

  • I try to make something new a least once a week. This week I tried making spinach cheese apps. It was pretty interesting. Here is the link if you would like to try it.
I have left over phyllo dough so that is what I used it for. Here is the link for other recipes if your interested.
