  • My 9 year old is getting a charm bracelet (we have a jewelry warehouse near us and I got the bracelet and 3 charms for $25 - will add more each year), a Password Journal, and an IPod shuffle for her "biggies" although none of them are very big. She loves crafts so she's getting a ring making kit ($15) and some more supplies for the friendship bracelets she likes to make (they have inexpensive kits for those too at AC Moore and Michaels). But it depends on what they like. If they are crafty, then look for AC Moore and Michaels 40-50% off coupons (I think you can print them out from online) and you can get great deals!

  • Make them each a blanket with the kits they have. It's a fleece blanket and they are sooo warm. You could also get them a keepsake ornament. Also maybe get them each their own caboodle case. Every girl should have one and they can grow with them.. I would LOVE one!! Here's a link!

  • Something they can use and play with together-I have boys so I am probably not much help-but a video game system (you can get them used) or a ping pong table or even an ice cream maker or fondue set....
