stress/period not arriving

ive read stress can cause alot of reasons to why a period might not arrive....ive been under alot of stress way more than ever....so idk if its true and can cause my period not to come?been about the same time of stress for the missed months ive only missed 2 and also had a csection 4mths ago..with my other 2 i sometimes would go normal and then theyre would be a few times where i would skip for 4mths.

  • it takes up to a year for your period and hormones to get back to a regular pattern after a pregnancy.

    To answer your question, stress postpones ovulation and that will postpone your period. So yes it's possible.
