How to get that bump back in my Butt?

It seems like over the years and with kids that my butt it just so dang flat. Is there anything that I can do to get that J lo Butt? LOL.

  • Yeah...find a step in your house...put just your tippy toes on the edge and have your heal hang in mid air...make sure there is a wall to hold on to and do five sets of 20 lifts each...this alone will work your entire leg all the way up to the bootyliciousness you want.

  • Walking lunges... your butt will be sore for days.

  • Squats, lunges, wall sits, and leg lifts will all work. Also, climb lots of stairs if you can.

  • I do the Brazil Butt Lift by Beachbody. It's designed to give you that JLo kinda butt! There are several workouts on the videos so it's not the same old routine !
