Smacking his lips

For the past two nights my son has been smacking his lips in his sleep. It is incredibly loud and gets annoying. Anyone else deal with this? Any ideas on what to do about it? He has never done this before, usually he talks in his sleep which is actually amusing, this not so much.

  • He could just be reacting to something he is dreaming about. I wouldn't worry about it unless it lasts longer then a week straight.

  • My son is 5 and never took a binki so I am pretty sure it isn't that, lol!

I was hoping there was something I could do about it. :(
