  • If I had a good "recipe" to make them, I would! They are super cute after you decorate the lid. :) Remember to attach the rest of the instructions though. lol I have a jar of brownies, maybe, with missing instructions! hehe

  • Yes. I think they are a very thoughtful gift, especially if paired with a mug or baking pan to use with the recipe.

  • yeah every year my grandma asks me for the same puting the coffee in a jar that i decorated it so much nicer than just giving her a can of decaf. she saves them all and whenever she buys her own she ends up putting it in the jars that i have made for her over the years

  • Yes I did them once a few years ago to give to all the teachers in my daughters middle school. It was awesome fun.

  • Yes I do -- soup mixes, bread mixes, muffin mixes, cookie mixes, etc. This year I'll be doing scalloped potatoes and chicken noodle soup mix. I've got a large file of recipes!

  • Definitely! They are a wonderful idea especially if you have a Sams where you can buy the things in bulk. If you want to give something else with the jar ... a gift basket with things that go with the recipe works great.
