What is stricket meat?

There is a family that comes into wal mart a few times a week. At least once a week they ask if we have stricket meat. No one knows what they are talking about. It's some kind of pork product. Does anyone here know what they are talking about?

  • That's what I figured. Either they are mispronouncing it or it's their own backwords hillbilly name made up for it.
