FONDUE - What do you put/dip in your's?

                                           I usually make a creamy Romano & Parmesan Fondue


                        and dip in: garlicky croutons, mushrooms, cooked (al dente) ravioli or gnocchi, cubes                                                                of leftover turkey or ham.  Yumm!

                                                   Well, looks like tonite's dinner is planned!!!

  • I make a Havarti-Horseradish fondue (Chef Michael Symon's recipe), and we dip beef, bread cubes and/or crackers in it.

  • It may sound a bit weird but I started dipping fork fulls of spaghetti squash in a romano swiss fondue and have been hooked. But I also love mushrooms and hominy!
