  • Drink water, a nice glass of cold water. I also take a ginseng supplement that helps with the afternoon slump alot. Also some kind of fruit, apples or grapes tends to help too.

  • I would love to know what other Moms eat for higher energy, I definitely don't eat right at all, have anemia and diabetes and a Mount Rushmore of meds that kill appetite, except one that makes you feel drunk, Ambien CR, and then you don't even remember eating a gallon of ice cream.
    I say, if you don't remember eating something or nobody sees you eat, calories don't count. Just hide the emptied container.
    I gave you a bump, that is a very good question and I would like to know, too.
