Itchy bumps

My daughter is 5 and has been getting what look like insect bites on her back, chest and neck. She is the only one in the house who has these bite marks and she still sleeps with her sister who is 6. This has been happening on and off for a week both kids will wake up and one has been biten and the other hasn't. I've given both cats a bath and no fleas and have checked her bed and haven't seen any signs of bed bugs. She has a doctors appointment tomorrow but does anyone have any idea what else it could be?
