  • sliced cheese melted on bread and fresh fruit (quarter grapes, bananas, kiwi, etc.). My son always loves "breakfast" for lunch too - scrambled eggs, omelettes, grits or oatmeal, pancakes, etc.

  • My son loves fish sticks, pasta, and homemade tacos. Other than that, the boy eats things in spells. He'll like somthing one day and hate it the next. It's a real challenge trying to satisfy a toddlers picky appetite!

  • Leftovers. Speghetti, Chili, Mashed potatoes, pasta, Etc.
Buy cans of soup, cook them as directed, drain, let cool, and serve the veggies and other good stuff.
Mac and Cheese - you can easily make your own as well. Just melt veveeta in a sauce pan with a little bit of milk and pour over prepared pasta. Mix, let cool, and serve.
    Fish Sticks
    Chicken Nuggets
    Cheddar Filled Brats
Tuna Casarole (Prepared the night before)
Lunch Meat, Diced Cheese, and some kind of grain .. Whether crackers, cereal, or goldfish crackers.
    Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich
    Fresh Fruit Salad
    Veggie Stirfry
Hot Pockets are something I have tried. Now my son was iffy about them, but my daughter loved them. I cut them up using a Pizza Cutter.
