What do your kids do when they are ready for a nap?

My oldest climbs onto my bed and gets under the covers, and my youngest tries to nurse himself to sleep.... Just wondering.

  • my 4 year old eyes closes while he is sitting and watching tv. my 5 year old gets grumby and stubuern and my 18 month grabs her bottle of milk and i would see her on her sister's bed under the cover.

  • My 5 yr old will occasionally say "time for my nap!" or just disappear and we'll find him asleep in his bed. Love the little freak.

My other kids are 11 &12, it will be a cold day in hell before they nap willingly, unless they are sick.

  • my 4 year old gets real cranky and difficult when she's tired. sometimes ill put on a movie for her after school, she'll lay on the couch and doze off. my 2 year old snuggles her "babies" and lays on the floor when she's tired lol! and my 10 month old rubs her eyes, its really cute!

  • My 1yr old grabs at my boobs so he can be breastfed. Thats how I know when he's ready for bed.

  • My 3 year old starts rubbing his eyes and sometimes gets whiny. If he tries to still play, he will start bumping into things!
