When you feel ovulation cramping is yours more toward the middle of your abomen on one side or is it more in your hips?

  • I dont feel them. Never have that I know of. Been pregnant numerous times too so I must be ovulating.

  • I feel them more toward the side, towards my hips. My SO thinks it's hilarious when I tell him my fallopian tube hurts.

  • Yeah I feel them lower than my abdomen and more towards the side near my hips. Like in the dip of the pelvic bone. Lol I don't know that's a hard area to describe!

  • I can feel my ovaries twinge when I ovulate. It's just a noticable twinge right where the ovary is depending on which side is ovulating in any given month. My left one twinges a bit stronger because I had surgery on it and there is some scar tissue that doesn't quite move the same as the ovary itself.
