What would you bring make for a potluck Christmas Party?

I have to go to a christmas party Sunday and I have to bring a dish. What would you bring. I need something cheap too.

  • Depends on what I have in the house. I never shop 'extra' for potlucks.

    I like to do something a little unusual (so even if everyone brings potato salad, they're unlikely to be the same ones)... but if you have the stuff, a cheeseball and crackers is pretty cheap and looks nice.

    I also like to bring desserts, because they can be super-cheap and look great. A huge multi-fruit crumble... or individually decorated cupcakes (I don't know what kind of time you have to do this) both look great and are practically free...

  • This is super cheap and easy.
    It has a fancy name and you don't have to tell how easy it was!!

    Corn Souffle:
    One can corn (Do not drain)
    One can Creamed Corn (Do not drain)
    One Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
    One stick of butter (softened)
    One small tub of Sour Cream

    Mix it all together.
    Pour it into a 9x13 Baking Dish.
    Bake for about an hour at 350.

  • Tortilla Roll Ups

    Cream cheese, mix with fav italian spices and a bit of garlic salt
    Turkey Lunch meat

    Spread crm cheese mix on tortilla , put on a slice of turkey


    Easy and every one loves them.
