  • Ewwww....neither....I use Fertility Awareness Method....I've had BAD reactions to various and assorted hormonal birth controls.

  • i would rather get the depo provera shot ! bcuz i wont remember to take the pill everyday !

  • If those were the choices, then the pill. I did the Depo thing & I bleed almost the entire time. I also lost so much hair on one side of my head that I was almost bald. Not really the look I was going for. After a year of that I went back to pills.

  • If I had to chose one of those methods, I would use Depo, but I use the Nuvaring now and love it!

  • None. I'd rather wing it lol My niece was using that ring & it kept falling out. She got pregnant. I dont like the pills & I dont like the shots so...condoms.

  • The shot even though it made me very bitchy, I never could remember to take the pill. My husband had a vasectomy, so I don't have to think about birth control anymore.

  • OMG the pill! The shot screwed me up almost as bad as the Mirena. My body can't handle progestin only, apparently. I gain weight like crazy, turn into psycho-bitch, hair falls out, I have terrible cramps and migraines, etc. The Mirena was WAY worse in some ways, but I had similar problems with the shot.
