Like you feel happy all through out the day, then you eat something that causes you to feel very tired and most of all very depressed out of no where? Making you feel sad, and wanting to cry......Does it have to do with the fact that the food is high in fat or maybe something more far than normal!?Answer Question
They say foods with low carbs. Carbs help your brain produce Serotonin which makes you happy. So some foods like, raspberries, cranberries, mushrooms and eggplants. Processed foods cause a lot of depression because they are loaded with sodium which aids in depression. Thats just to name a few.
