peanutbutter cookies with nutella!

someone on here recently said they used nutella in their peanutbutter cookies instead of peanut butter and i was wondering if it actually works out and is it literally as simple as just use nutella instead of peanutbutter or is the reciepe different?

  • The consistencies of Nutella and peanut butter are different so you would end up with a softer cookie. You could add a couple tablespoons of flour to compensate or only replace half of the peanut butter with the Nutella. Either way should work. Also, nutella is sweetened and peanut butter is not, so it would probably need an adjustment there, too.

  • I wouldn't recommend it. It would probably melt and burn in the oven.
