  • Rents here are just as high, I'm in the Los Angeles South Bay, and a 3 bedroom towhouse here would rent for about $2000 a month. 4 bedroom house would be well over....and it would definitely depend on the neighborhood you wanted to live in!!

  • Missouri, we were paying $850.00 for a brand new two bed, two bath duplex for the last five years. Recently we downsized just to move back to town. Now we are in a two bed, one and a half bath for $575.00. I hate this one and want to move back the other.

  • Usually around here (i'm in PA) is about $250/mo for a one bedroom w/o utulities and around $350/mo for 2 bedrooms w/o utilities and then around $500/mo for 3 or 4 bedrooms w/o utlities. Add about $100 - $150 for apartments that includes utilities. But they usually don't cover electric, or partial electric. My apartment I had was a one bedroom for $275/mo and my mortgage is $324/mo for a 3 bedroom house.

  • Around here it all depends on where you live. In the inner city, it's really low ($350), but in the suburbs it can be really high ($1700).
