  • No smoking, drink lots of water, wash face in morning and night, moisturize after washing, don't wear heavy makeup. Now that I'm inching towards 40 I like to use Olay Regenerist for fine lines.

  • Less is more. That goes for makeup and your cleansing products. Stay away from the commercial products; they are full of nasty chemicals, parabens, petrochemicals, etc. that are damaging to your skin and to your body as a whole (they act as endocrine disruptors in the body). A gentle cleanser and some moisturizer (I can't say enough about virgin, pure, hexane-free, organic coconut oil), is really all you need.

  • Cleanse and moisturize daily, and exfoliate. I like to use the 3 step by clinique. And I exfoliate with coffee grounds. The grounds exfoliate and the caffeine is very good for your skin.
