Holiday Baking - How much do you "SAMPLE" as you're baking?

                                                                      I have to confess...

                                                                       baking

                            ...MOST of the edges from the brownie pan are for the baker...ME!  :-9

  • Well, you have to eat a few test items, to make sure you haven't under/overbaked anything, then all the ones that are distorted in any way, then a random sampling of the rest, for quality control.

  • HOnestly, when I am baking, I kind of get in the zone and don't do much sampling.
