Does your child take sleeping pills?

My daughter has to take them. She has a medical condition and she cannot sleep without them. Lately she has been very restless at night. Should I talk to the doctor about the dosage? Any other moms have experience with this?

  • I take pills to help me sleep. I know from my experience that sometimes the dosage needs to be altered or I need to switch pills because my body becomes accustomed to it and it no longer works as well. Definitely talk to the doctor. Good luck to both of you.

  • I have never heard of kids taking them, but I take them. I alternate between Ambien and Ambien CR. They work a little different so swapping them out helps them work better.
