how do you sign your rights up to a child. i dont want to go to court. can we just go to a lawyer and do it or do we have to go to court

  • i believe a judge has to sighn off on it but you should double check.

  • generally you will have to go to court and in some states there will need to be someone willing to step in and take the responsibility of the parent that wants to give up their rights. You should talk to a lawyer either way.
