  • Sometimes some Crystal light or the Propel packets - but I use way more water than it says to - for Propel I mix the 16.9oz packet into 32 oz of water, for the 16.9 oz packet of CL I mix it into 1/2 gallon (64 oz) of water. I don't do it often though, I usually just fill a glass from the tap and chug - I only mix if I'll be nursing it over the day.
