What do I keep?

When going on a diet, what do you keep in your diet and what do you get rid of?

I know sugars and calories, but how should I make this work?

  • I keep veggies and fruit as well as protein and good carbs

  • Eat FRESH. A good rule to follow is when grocery shopping, shop around the outside of the store. If it lasts longer than 1 week or so, then it is not healthy! The "inside" of the grocery store is all the processes stuff.

  • my 3 baies is right. Lots of frutis and veggies, protein and complex carbs. Cut out sugar and processed foods.
