I know your Luteal Phase isn't supposed to change in length but...What if it does?

My luteal phase went like this over several cycles:

8 days
11 days
10 days
15 days
13 days

I know AT LEAST 2 of those (possibley the 11 day one as well) are too short and considered to be luteal phase defects. The other 2 are long enough BUT WHY ARE THEY CHANGING and WHAT can I do to fix it?

Everything I've read says that the luteal phase should NOT change from month to month.

What gives?

  • I have no clue. I would ask your OBGYN.
