HELP, I put too much soy sauce for my chicken sauce and its just TOO salty. What can I add to calm it down.

I tried making it sweeter by adding extra honey and brown sugar so now it tastes sweet and salty. There has to be something I can add.

  • If you are making a sauce, peel a potato and let it cook for a little while in the sauce. The potato will magically absorb the extra salt in your liquid. Just throw it out after your sauce tastes right.
