Do you read all of the ingredients in the foods you eat and buy? Do you avoid foods with GMOs in them and try to eat only organic foods?

  • Yes and Yes. While we still have "unhealthy" things in the house, I've become much more educated over the last 2 years (thanks to some fabulous friends HERE), and I've gotten very good at label reading and overall food choices. Hubby has been better too. A long way to go, though.

  • Yes & Yes. We also buy as much food as possible from local sources. We are lucky in that we live near a number of organic farms that produce organic meats, dairy, fruits & veggies.

    I buy 100% non-GMO
    I buy around 85% organic

  • We try and eat organic, I have to eat somewhat gluten free
