  • It turned out horrible I ended up with an idiot but I was so in love that I was blind to it. If your entire family its saying NO think twice.

  • Yes. My high school sweetheart. NO BODY wanted us together. My family tried to do anything they could t keep us apart. It was really like a Romeo and Juliet deal except for the suicide parts.
I wish I listened to everyone. He turned out to be a monster a year after we got together.

  • It ended in divorce after 5 years of marriage...wish I would have listened, but I thought I knew better and followed my heart instead of my head. Lesson learned.

  • Yes. When I was 15 no one wanted me and BF together. My foster mom even went as far as putting a restraining order on him. But we kept seeeing each other and when we got caught he ended up in jail for a few days. But we decided to wait for each other till I was 18. Once I was 18 I moved in with him, we got married and had our son when I was 19. We are still together and actually just had our 4th anniversarry yesterday!

  • yes, my family was so against my husband, he is 8 years older than me, had 4 kids from previous relationships before he met me. On paper he is not a good catch, but we have been happily married for 13 years. I am so glad I did not listen.

  • Yep, my now ex husband. I would love to say that I wish I would have listened, but I wouldn't have my one son if I had. I wouldn't give him up for anything.
