  • Stay hydrated, wear sunscreen on your face no matter what the weather is outside, full night of sleep, healthy diet.

  • My biggest tip is to stay hydrated. Drink lots of water; it not only helps keep your skin soft by making sure you don't get dried out, but it also has many other health benefits.

  • Exfoliate, lotion up, and stay out of the sun! I get compliments on my skin and how people wish they had it =P Except for my face during pregnancy, who would want those pimples!

  • Exfoliate daily useing the same shampoo on my body as I do my hair, it starts anice even all over smell, Vanilla Noir from bath and body with the scent of Obsession on hair and clothes only. I use unscented Laundry detg. to wash clothes and linens.

  • two pairs of pantyhose helps to eliminate the look of cottage cheese on thighs. I also use prepartion H on my wrinkle lines to tighten them up around my eyes.

    But my number 1 beauty secret is lots and lots of running.
