Do you keep a personal journal?

I always start a journal...but 4 -8 days into it, I drop it......

  • I used to keep one but an ex would read it behind my back, I find it hard to pick up the habit again after being betrayed.

  • I like to keep one because getting issues out of my mind and on to paper help relieve stress and helps me get over things quicker

  • Nope ever since my dad read mine in highschool i stopped keeping one. And if i need to write something personal down I will then rip it up afterward.

  • I don't keep one regularly, but I do keep one, on my laptop. Whenever I need to vent or just work through something, that's where I go.

  • I have one that I write in maybe four times a year. I forget about it and then something (like this) will remind me and I will write a bit and then forget again.
