When did you find out the sex of your baby?

I am eleven weeks and four days right now and keep reading different info about when you can find out the sex.I have an ultrasound to measure the back of the baby's neck on the 22nd.Will I be able to know then?

  • 19 weeks, they might be able to find it out, are they doing the nuchal translucensy test?

  • I didn't ever find out until 18+ weeks, but I think I read it is possible to determine the sex after 10 weeks. Although, keep in mind that your baby is very very tiny right now so the technician may not be able to see it clearly.

  • I love those when they were born answers. We never wanted to wait until the babies were born. We found out with all 4 of ours at around 20 weeks, but you can sometimes find out before then.

  • You can find out at the 20 week u/s if they are in the right position but we waited till delivery day for both of ours. Good Luck & Congrats
