  • OMG yes my doctor told me to take dulcalax, don't believe when the box says no cramping and works overnight!! I would just suggest eating more fiber.... You need to take care of that so you won't strain when you do go hemroids are a royal pain in the @ss =)

  • i had normal. i gave birth 4 months ago. i went to the gym every day for 2 hours exactly like i did before i was pregnant, always drank lots of water, and i've always had a very healthy diet. exercise also works your digestive system to keep things moving, water and a healthy diet flushes things out

  • I had normal. All through my pregnancy, my only craving was for fruit, fruit, and more fruit. That had its benefits.

  • I am quite the opposite. i would give anything to only go once a day rather than 3 times a day!

  • I have not been constipated yet, I'm 25 weeks along. I have had the squirties a few times, nothing major.
