The easiest thing I ever found, that everyone would eat, of course, is Hamburger Noodle Casserole. So easy, but yet yummy. You can read how to make it here: How to Make Hamburger Noodle Casserole. Yes, that's my article that I wrote, I just can't paste the whole recipe in here. LOL!!

Homemade meatloaf, baked potatoes & a veggie of choice (we prefer steamed broccoli)
Spaghetti, homemade meatballs, fresh salad
Grilled & seasoned fish filets (whatever's on sale), seasoned rice & salad
Homemade individual pizzas w/each person adding their own toppings, green salad
Homemade chicken stew w/dumplings (great in the crockpot)
Grilled chicken salad loaded w/fresh veggies, hard boiled egg slices, a few french fries & cheese shreds, dressing of choice
Tacos (hard shell and/or tortillas), refried beans, fresh toppings (tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, olives, etc.), corn cakes
Fried chicken, cornbread, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies
