  • Have you had sexual abuse in your past? I know women who experience what you described and they were sexually abused as a child and that has caused them to react that way. Just wondering. If so counseling would be good for you.

  • I doubt you're a-sexual. You may have hormone imbalances. Talk to your gyno about this next time you see her. I did lose all interest in sex for about 5 years after i gave birth, but it's now coming back like CRAZY.

Did you start on any new birth control within the last 6 months to a year?

  • It has never happened to me but it sounds like your hormones are out of wack!

  • don't worry, it's normal. sometimes there migh be some underlying reason that you're not even aware of. i'd mention it to your gyno/doctor. some people just don't want it as much- even if they used to. my SO is never really in the mood and it's b/c he's almost always thinking about work (very hard/hectic job), but i'm the one who always wants it lol (but we don't do it often).

  • I go through those phases or have over the years and it's been hormonal. Just talk to your doctor and get it fixed
