  • Those who are in the final tier of the unemployment extensions may not see anymore extensions past 99 weeks regardless of the "deal"' Obama put forth. "Those who have already received 99 weeks, or whatever the maximum is for their state, will still be ineligible for any other unemployment compensation.  "
