  • No pains are good in pregnancy really. Sometimes it will hurt when the baby kicks or when the ligaments stretch but those are still not good pains. They don't usually signal any problems though. How far along are you?

  • Well it may not feel the greatest but when baby kicks, that's supposed to be the good pain, it just depends on how they kick, cause sometimes they can beat the heck out of you!

  • Pregnancy stomach pains- there are plenty to deal with. You have the slight crampy (like you are about to start you period crampy) feeling as your uterus stretches and grows. You have the round ligament pain on the sides as they stretch as you grow. You have constipation, because your GI system is slowed. You've got gas pains. You've got heartburn. You've got nausea, sometimes vomiting. And you've got the nervous stomach stuff because you've now got plenty to worry about. It is like being one giant walking Pepto-Bismal (don't take that during pregnancy!) commercial.
