How do i tighten up loose skin?

I have lost over 75 pounds and i walk everyday about 3 to 6 miles a day and i go to the gym but i cant seam to tighten the skin up and it looks nasty to me.

  • Keep on walking! Keep up the gopod work, never give up! I bet your skin has tightened more thn you realize...? Try sketcher toning shoes if you haven't already, they work the core muscles, they've made a huge difference in the way my back looks.

  • how old are you? If you're still kind of young, just keep up with the firming lotions & be patient. My brother lost a lot of weight, it took a few years for his skin to tighten back up but he was only 20 when he lost it all. He looks great now!

  • It takes a long time, just keep exercising. Unfortunately, some may not tighten up.

  • I know that but hun money is tight and my issurance company says they will only pay if my skin hangs 3 inches from the pubic area

  • thank you it wasnt to bad actualy i quit eating red meats because they have so many steroids and surgars in them and i drink only water

  • I agree with the others, just keep working out!! And drinking water like you are, is GREAT for your skin. Congrats on your weight loss!

  • Some skin will need to be cu but if you keep working out a lot of it will tighten up
