  • Popsicles and watermelon helped me. They sell Preggie Pops at Motherhood Maternity and natural food stores.

  • Not edible, but lemon essential oil helped. Don't apply it, just wave the open bottle under your nose fora few seconds when you get nauseated.

  • peppermint candies and gum. Or the new thing grandparents told me and do for my kids and that is gingersnap cookies.

  • Pickle juice. I know it sounds weird, but when I was pregnant with my twins I had an older lady tell me this and it worked.

  • I say go with Chamomile tea with peppermint. I had terrible morning sickness with my second pregnancy. Peppermint does wonders. I also found that lemonaide helped me out a lot.
