Are there certain things that muslims can't

consume? Like foods that are not allowed according to the qu'ran?

  • I am a Muslim and I know for sure that U cannot consume any kind of Pork.......ham, etc and gelatin related to pork.. U cannot drink any kind of alcoholic drinks and try to avoid foods which are considered "haraam" for all muslims. if u need other answers mayb u should look at a local mosque for further guidance.

  • Pork is not allowed, and neither is alcohol. Obviously some muslims adhere to these rules more strictly than others.... like my Hindu FIL who has been known to eat a hamburger or two in his time (Hindus are not supposed to eat beef.)

  • Mostly, pork and alcohol. Some also dont touch shell fish. I know of Muslims that eat and consume all 3 tho. LOL..I guess it just depends what you believe.
