What is the whackiest gift you have ever gotten in a gift exchange?

I got a really bad scarf and hat set. Uggghh. I waste my money thinking of a good gift and get crap.

  • I know how you feel. I spend a LOT of time thinking of the perfect gift to put in, and wind up getting crap like bath sets, candles, gay cheap decorations. Nothing super wacky, but the funniest thing I guess was that I got a pack of two little photo albums in baby colors, one pink and one blue - then got pregnant a little more than a month later.

  • When I was a tiny 9 year old my aunt gave me a tacky dress in size 11. I was still wearing childrens sizes so I knew I got ripped off and she had regifted that ugly thing to me.

  • It would have to be a candle that the jar it was in was broken. By the way, I hate candles with a passion.
