  • I took the Flinstone chewable vitamins with my first baby...the prenatals made me nauseaus. My OB found some prenatals that didnt make me sick with my other 3 boys. Breaking them in half is a good idea.

  • ugh,i could never take the prescription ones. i just took otc ones and they're a little smaller than a regular vitamin. the prescription ones made me sick as a dog (once i actually got them down!)

  • there are soooo many different prenatal vitamins you can switch to now that are easier for women who have a hard time swallowing the ones they usually prescribe. the chewable ones are great, and they have gummies that are like candy--just ask your local pharmacy or herbal store

  • Ask your doctor about the special chewable prenatal I have not taken them personally but I had a friend who did.

  • If you live near a Target Store, they sell chewable ones. That's what I take. They are a little sugary and taste a little like fish. They are about $11 a bottle, but I love them!
