whats the best workout to help get rid of extra baggage around the hipps?

its driving me crazy! thats the only thing bothering me about my body..after i had my second child my hips have a little too much jelly on

  • I know for me i have to go to the gym but i like butterfly crunches its a machine that you sit at and you move your legs like you were doing the butterfly wing span or like the dance move and that will help your hips and your thighs.
