How do you keep porcelain tile with holes in it clean?

We nearly always have black feet. I rented a floor cleaner and it worked for 3 weeks tops before getting dirty again.

  • WE had our grout color sealed, which was the best thing ever. We use a power steamer once a week to clean it, and it works great.

  • What brand and model power steamer do you use? Our grout is SUPPOSEDLY sealed, but I wonder...

  • We have a Wagner 905 power steamer. That thing is awesome! http://www.gleempaint.com/905-power-steamer.html

We had our grout sealed when we first installed the tile, but it still stained.  We had a color sealant done, so nothing sticks to it now.  It can last 10 years.  We had ours done about a year ago, and right afterward, I had a coffee disaster where there were a pound of grounds and water all over the floor, but it wiped right off.  This is the company we used: http://www.groutplus.com/
