Hmmm... it sounds like you have something specific in mind, but I know of at least 3 different kinds of chocolate fillings (although it's too late for fondant, so that takes one out right away...)
Here's a quick one:
Coconut Filling – Ingredients
3/4 cup light corn syrup
2-1/2 cups dry macaroon coconut
1. In a small pan, heat the corn syrup until it is very hot. Do not boil!
2. Put the coconut into the mixing bowl and pour the hot corn syrup over the coconut. Stir to combine with a silicone spatula. Press wax paper on top of the mixture and let sit for about an hour so that the syrup saturates the coconut. Fill prepared chocolate shells, top with remaining tempered chocolate to seal.
