  • I have read studies to give them, particulary the adhd, more milk...the vitamin D and calcium. Does it work? No idea, but worth a shot.

  • What supplements to give a child with a neurological issue like ADHD or autism depends greatly on their symptoms & behaviors. In general, most children with these conditions will benefit from a high quality multivitamin & an omega-3 supplement, but anything else should be discussed with your child's doctor, a nutritionist and/or a dietician.

  • I have had wonderful results giving my 8 year old 300 mg of magnesium (oxide), 100 mg B6, 125 mg of DMG, and 500 mg of vitamin C every morning. It has made a huge difference for him.
