  • yes, it should tell you how many oz is in each block. You can melt in in a bowl in the microwave if you need it melted.

  • If you are using baking chocolate, then one square is an ounce. If you have a food scale you can weigh it. Also, 6 teaspoons are in an ounce, but that is fluid ounces, not ounces in weight.
