  • Quinoa, amaranth...We love baking both into our homemade whole grain bread.

  • Barley. It can be used in so many different ways! Soups, bread, desserts, even breakfast.

  • Quiona is my favorite. I eat it for breakfast and usually have some for dinner each night. Can not live without it.

  • barley! I love the flavor. I grind Farro in my coffee grinder and add to my bread recipes.
