What brand of soy sauce has the least amount of sodium?

We have low sodium soy sauce, and I made a dipping sauce with garlic, but it was still so damned salty. It's Kikkoman brand. Is there another brand out that has a particularly LESS salty flavor?

  • Read the nutrition info labels on the brands in your store next time you go shopping. Even low-sodium soy sauce is very salty tasing - it's fermented soy beans.
