how can i make my caffiene buzz go away im shaking :(

  • Stop drinking caffeine and wait. Maybe drink some water to help flush it out of your system.

  • If you're still buzzing and can't sleep,take an antihistimine like Benadryl.

  • I wouldn't mix Benadryl with large amounts of caffeine. Not good for your heart. Just wait it out. (And don't drink so much caffeine again.)

  • If you can, try going for a jog or something to help get the energy out. Physical activity may help.

  • I have never experienced this. Probably because I drink two pots of coffee a day by myself.

  • eat something and drink plenty of water. sometimes exercising or dancing helps me.

  • You can't simply go cold turkey on drinking coffee. You may need to cut your intake of coffee on a day to day basis. I think eating food may help some with the symptoms you are experiencing now.

  • No, you don't take another drug to attempt to counteract caffeine. Drink water, eat a little food, and wait it out.
