  • Throw the bottle away, and limit the milk - 3 servings of dairy a day is all he needs (1 serving = 8oz milk or 1oz cheese or 6oz yogurt). Don't give him dry cereal all the time - give him one snack between meals with water.

  • You still feed him every 2 hrs?
Start making him wait 5-6,he'll get hungry

  • I started giving dd food when it was time for a bottle. If he is used to eating a bottle every two hours, then give him a bottle, but a little bit after an hour give him food. That way he is hungry, but not so hungry he won't eat. By this time he should be eating mostly food. I would start out with little things. DD LOVES those little puffy cheeto looking things from Gerber. And crackers. Give him what you know he will eat to get him used to eating food, then start introducing new things. If he needs to eat Cheerios for three days to get used to it then let him. Then throw in a few crackers, and a few days later some fruit or osmething.
